It may be worth taking the app off entirely for few minutes and then publishing that again. We were facing a similar issue not a long time ago, and unfortunately nothing mentioned by me above helped. The issue was entirely on our side - faulty application had a set of layout conditions for various sheets and objects; we weren't passing the OSUser() correctly. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 4~5 QV reporting apps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I made a simple change in one of them and moved into production from development.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;most of users are getting new (Amended) version of app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however, there is 1 user who is getting old version than new app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have removed the user's cal from the app. then re-assign.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;restarted QV several times but didn't have luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can any one please help me with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
