QV app set up

Hi all,

I have a 4~5 QV reporting apps.

I made a simple change in one of them and moved into production from development.

most of users are getting new (Amended) version of app.

however, there is 1 user who is getting old version than new app.

have removed the user's cal from the app. then re-assign.

that didn't work.

restarted QV several times but didn't have luck.

can any one please help me with this?

I think you can start from the usual - clear users cache, remove last document state in Access Point and try again. It may be worth taking the app off entirely for few minutes and then publishing that again. We were facing a similar issue not a long time ago, and unfortunately nothing mentioned by me above helped. The issue was entirely on our side - faulty application had a set of layout conditions for various sheets and objects; we weren't passing the OSUser() correctly.
