I have a script with several select statements.

There are similar column names in the script.

First Question:

I want to decide which columns are key columns and which are not

Second Question:

Is it possible to define the relations between two queries by myself. It could be possible that the name of the columns with the relation are not the same.

Qlikview associates tables using the fields that the tables have in common. These are the key fields. You can decide what names you give fields and so you get to determine how tables are associated. Just make sure that the fields that should be used to link the table get the same name. Qlikview is case sensitive so KEY, Key and key are three different names.
