drill through to details

I have a question about drill through to details.

I created an qvd with a OVERVIEW page and an analysis page.

Our user would like to have the drill through to details capability on most charts or metrcs I created in the dashboard.

Basically, they can click it and then have a popup for the details.

I know one option is to create a drill through target using document chain.

But I would like to know whether this is the best solution because if so I may need to create many individual for every metrics.

Is there any easier and better way to support this functionality?

Hi,

Really depends on the chart and data.

Gauges you can apply actions, so set values in field and go to Tab x.

trigger may be a possibility, but can get complex to get right and not effect other charts.

Then might not be idea, but adding text boxes to work as button with actions on, could be a work around.
