Hello,

I created a QV application regarding some support cases from salesforce. And I have to create a report about remaining cases per month. But this formula is taking the remaining cases from the previous month + opened cases from current month - closed cases from current month.

Each case's status is determined by its date. For example, a Case is closed if has 'ClosedDate', if the 'ClosedDate' is empty means that the case is not closed.

The same thing is with Open status. If a Case has OpenDate means that the Case was opened.

And there is a third date which is 'CreatedDate', this date is important because it helps me to figure out when each case was created.

My difficulty is that I've created a chart with 'OpenDate' as dimension, but my formulas contains the other dates too and is not 'compatible' .

How can I create a master calendar to link these 3 dates into one ?

Or if you have another idea how can I create this chart, please tell me.

Thanks,

Claudiu
