Saving of objects from an app as PDF

I have a bar graph in one of my application. I want to know if it is possible for the user to save that graph in PDF format?

Not directly. You can copy it as an image to for example an MS-Word document and then safe that document as PDF.

You can create the User Report report and export that report to PDF.

See the below link to create the User report. It's just a drag and drop the objects in Report editor.

You can make use of NPrinting it more dynamic and have lot of choice for exporting

Hi Kush,

I tried to create a report with certain objects. Now I created a button in the app with action: Print--> Print Report-->Gave the report id and the printer name. Now, when I click on the button, the report is not printing.

Please Advise where am I going wrong

You need to install the PDF printer on your local machine or on Machine from where you are printing the report.

Also make sure that PDF printer must be a default printer. You can install PDF creator or PDF exchange on your machine
