Bookmark Retrieval

Hi there

One of our users lost her bookmarks after her license was removed and given back again. How does she retrieve her bookmarks in a specific model again? I can see the bookmark on QMC->Documents->Server->Server Objects. But cant do anything about it there.

Check if the .shared file for the qvw is available.

can you please give some additional information if the name of the qvw was changed? because the shared file would hold the bookmarks with the same name as the qvw

No, the model name stayed the same. Everything stayed the same. It's just that her User Cal was removed by accident, but then added again. That's all. No she cant see her bookmarks.
