hi Guru's,

i have Fields like below

worker, Start date, End Date, Bill Rate,I nvioice submitted date

Issue:

one worker start date -3/2/2014 end date -2/2/2015

again next day he started working start date 2/3/2015 end date 8/30/2015

so he has 2 records

now i want to show only 2/3/2015 end date 8/30/2015 record in dashboard

Please find the sample excel and dashboard

need to show latest start date and end date ,means single entry for worker
