Hello, we are really puzzled with this case, maybe someone has something similar.

The server setup is win64 32GB RAM, 8 cores with 11.2SR1, one document is 3 years old, and suddenly stopped opening from the client, or from the server. This seem to have happened when one user tried to download a rather large table to Excel, and stopped the export as he did not want to wait any longer.

Currenty when connecting to the server with a client yields a nonresponding application. Opening the file on server though RDC takes ages.

The most interesting thing is that whereas most of the clients are 11.2 SR1, I can still conenct to the server OK on one computer with an old 11.0 SR1.

Anyone with similar problem?

Did restart the client, purged temp files, and restarted the server as well - no luck.
