Failed to open document error , when opening app from accesspoint

Hi All ,

I have user access table in my database . with below table structure

ACCESS USERID FIELD_NAME

USERID is in DOMINNAME\USERNAME format

And i have applied section access in my application . And looking everything fine in code.

And one more thigh , i have one distribution task on QMC also which distributing the application to same users which are present in my database table .

But when i ran my task it distributed successfully and reload is also successful , and application is also available on access point .

But when i am trying to open that file from access point , it is giving below error

Please help on it.

I think you need to replace USERID with NTNAME - have a look here Section Access especially on the first link Introduction.
