Hi Folks,

I am stuck with the following Problem:

I have a barchart which displays all months on x axes. i have currently only ´data for 3 months and no selection at all

as soon as i select something the Chart is reduced to only months where data exists

I have Not defined suppress Zero values (nor on Dimension, nor on presentation)

When I define al listbox with my Dimension (year-month) without selection all months are white (i define in formula only to use current fiscal year). as soon as i select something, the listbox show only the 3 months as available (white).

What can I do to always display 12 months (even if no data exists)

by the way: for Dimension "display all values" is set

Hi,

Since data is available only for 3 months, any selection will bring you the 3 months data.

If you need 12 months to be displayed, either add data for all months or add empty data for remaining months.

If there are no records for any months and you still want to show it.. you need to create dummy records...

If your using calendar then , try like this : Go to presentation tab> un-check the upress zero values and un check the supress null values
