Rolling Average Expression with two Dimensions

Hi all,

I have a quick question about how to implement an Expression to get the Average of last 3 Week Rolling values per every Week.

In my example I work with two dimensions (Week & Country), and also a weekly value linked to every country (some countries has not values for all the weeks)

I have tried to use functions Above() and RangeAvg() to get the right Rolling Average per Week, but I don't know how to set up my

Expressions to load the right values per week.

Below you can find an example in green about what I expect to get.

NB: The solution I am looking for should avoid making any precalculation into the load script, and only solutions around updates in formulas linked to the Dimensions or Expressions are valid for me.
