How DMS users open pdf file via accesspoint?

My application is for both internal and external users. I have some user guides stored in server that want users to open via access point. All users are handled by section access.

I mapped qvws to the folder which stored pdf files in server, and internal users can open them in accesspoint. However, it's so obvious that external user cannot. External users log in to our company's web portal, then pass to qvws. When they open the app, they already have corresponding authentication, I believe it's similar as opening the app itself.

For now when I Open URL, the URL contains the servername which external users do not have direct access. Please give me some guide how I can configure this.

Yes, I checked it. In fact I checked most posts here about this topic. I guess I might miss something, still did not get external access work.
