    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Avinash,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the scenario that I am looking for: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;let say in my organization I have 3 shifts &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;shift 1 starts at 7 am every day and ends at 1.59 PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shift2 starts at&amp;nbsp; 2 PM to 9.59 PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shift3 Starts at 10 PM to 6:59 AM next day&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however these there shifts belongs to same day , to map this I need day offset. could please help me on this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Qlikheads&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can any one help me on how to get the Day offset in hours , means&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;one day will have 24 hours, day starts from 00.00 AM, every day but I want&amp;nbsp; a date which is having offset of +7 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Day has start at 7 am every day and ends at 6:59 AM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how to achieve this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
