QlikView 11 Dynamic Div Integration (web) - Is workbench needed?

It looks like dynamic div integration and using the javascript api allows for the most robust Qliview 11 web integration (mashups, etc). I have read many posts on this subject, but cannot get a clear indication of whether QlikView WorkBench needs to be purchased as a prerequisite for Dynamic Div Integration. Workbench looks like a plug into Visual Studio, but it is also needed (licensed) for the Dynamic Div Integration feature of QlikView 11?

Yes you are right it is very unclear. And yes you will need the Workbench License to be able to use the Div Integration.

Thank you Petter for clarifying. I will inquire about the cost of WorkBench. From what I have just read, looks like the qlikview javascript api works in conjunction with WorkBench, so would not need to use visual studio to build web mashups.

That is right. And the cost is between 2500 and 3000 USD I think. If this answered your question please close the thread by marking it as answered.
