I am new to this so maybe I do just want to get it directly. In this application I am using a test db that has all the data I need in it. I have been linking data into this db as I needed it. I guess I thought is helped keep it tidy and keep the connections to a minimum on the Qlikview side. I imported the data and created a new table and now it shows. I think there will be times when I want to use a linked table. Any idea why it will not show up?

I am trying to load a table in an Access database and I don't see it in the Database Tables.
I have created a connection that works and can see other tables and views in this database. Is it because it is a linked table? This tabel is pulling data from another database.

I don't think you can connect to a linked table. Why not connect directly to the table that's linked in access?
