Not able to reload the data from Oracle 12c

Hi,

Any buddy can guide me to overcome the below issue,since for a new report development I need to extract the data from one of our data source(oracle 12c)

While applying Reload, Qlik application raises an error "[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]Driver not capable. though I have installed

the Oracle Instaclient for Microsoft windows(X64) driver to connect the data source(Oracle 12c) from Qlikview(11.20.12904.0) and we were able to connect the data source using the same but while doing reload the below exception was raised.

"[Oracle][ODBC][Ora]Driver not capable"

On what statement in the load is it failing? Can you run the same failing query through an ODBC test tool or through MS Access?

Is it your CONNECT statement or your LOAD statement that generates this error message?

Can you attach your script, so that it would be easier to spot the issue.
