Hide/Show based on selection

Hi,

I have two multi-box objects, and show always one selected value.

Multi box 1 have below values

FirstSelection - This will filter first set of Fact Records

SecondSelection - This will filter second set of Fact Records

Multi box 2 have below values

Value1,

Value2,

Value3,

Value4

My requirement is

While selecting 'FirstSelection' value in Multibox1, Value1 should by default selected and multibox2 should be hidden.

While selecting 'SecongSelection' value in Multibox1, Value1 should be deselected and multibox2 should be shown.

Is it possible or do we have any other way to handle it?

Mutibox 1 and 2 are fieldnames or are they two objects with 1st having 2 fields and 2nd having 4 fields?

Hi Sunny,

Sorry for confusion. They are two separate objects.

Here i need to show first multi box, when user selects 'FirstSelection' value, then second multi box shouldnot appear but selection of 'Value1' field should be done backend.

When user selects 'SecondSelection' value in first multibox, then multibox 2 should appear to select Value2, Value3, Value4 etc.

Hi,

Please find the attached sample file.

Here we have given a user guide for time zone selection, however it looks confusing.

So, I need to show first multi box by default with selection of 'Vendor Business TimeZone' Value (second one should be hidden with same selection 'Vendor Business TimeZone')

When i click 'for specific time zone' value in first multi box then second multi box should be displayed, then user can select a specific time zone from second multibox...

Can you please help me on this?

Can you check now

1) Added an OnOpen trigger

2) Added a show/hide condition on the layout tab of second Multibox object

Thanks Sunny, is it possible to auto selection change to 'Vendor Business Timezone' in second multibox, while selecting the same in first multibox?

Because it will give wrong result if we select other than 'Vendor Business Timezone' in second object, when we select it in first object.

Thank you sunny, it is not met my requirement. Can you check whether you attached correct QVW?

If i select 'Vendor Business Timezone' in first box, then

'Vendor Business Timezone' should be selected in second multibox...
