Unable to export to Excel for SOME users only

Hi,

I have a document which is set to "All Users" for Print and Export to Excel. Most users can do this however I have a handful of users where the Print / Export icons are hidden and they are unable to right click and export.

Has anyone else seen this? I thought the QMC/Documents/Server/Availability was the only place to set this option??

I'm at a loss as to why its happened. FYI I'm in Qv12

Hi Karl, have you checked if all your users have Excel installed on their local machines?

Hi Karl, it's weird, cause the only time where I saw something like that was on a user that use Citrix and the problem was that he had Excel on his local machine but on his Citrix enviroment he didn't. So my next question would be if you have something similar for your users? Or every user just enter using their local machines?
