Assortment matrix in QlikView

Hello, help me please to solve this task.

I have a list of the types of retail outlets and product list. On a sheet Assortment matrix is shown assortment matrix that shows which products must always be sold at each outlet of a certain type (such as a kiosk must necessarily be sold product 5 and 2).

I need to build a report (in sheet Report) that shows the color of the goods that must be present at the retail outlet in accordance with its type. If possible, we could highlight in red those items that need to be in a shop, but it was not in the outlet into the sales.

I'm also looking for a display of the number of outlets that have fulfilled all the conditions of placement of goods. This conclusion can be made in a text field or a table.
