Good afternoon. We've been utilizing the Usage Analyzer (v3.qvw) for over a year however on a recent review, the historical data stops on December 10th. I assume something happened to the log file that day but under normal circumstances and no disruption to service, what would cause this? Is there any way to diagnose and/or get that historical usage data back into the tool?
