I have a problem on the format of my dimension on one of my Pivot Table as shown in the attached pictures.

I think he's wondering why only one of the job title values is light gray instead of all of them. I can't think of an answer, just think I understood the question.

I can. He has null values in the first column like in the example below:

The only way around that afaik is to make sure you have no null values.
