activating other sheets?

hi all,

i have a problem again hoping you can solve.i m trying to prepare an enterence sheet.it has to be some buttons that can jump to other sheets(tabs).there are already actions for example activate next sheet etc.i dont want to activate only next sheet.suppose that a have report consists of ten sheets.and in the enterence sheet, i summaries all of these with its name.i mean there must be ten button in the enterence sheet and whichever button i click, i must see,jump to its page.how can i do this?

and while adding link, is it enough to paste the link to expression in action buttons?

if you know your sheet id's you want to jump to use "Activate Sheet" as action with your button(s) and enter the Sheet ID you want to jump to.

Hi,

Try this:

Button Properties -> Actions -> Add -> Action Type: Layout, Action: Activate Sheet
Pick the sheet, you want to activate, press Sheet Properties and copy Sheet ID.
