Annotation Notes in qlikview

Hello.

I have version 11 in qlikview server.

I try to check the Annotation Notes. I created some notes and i added specific person to see the note.

When the other person opened the qvw file from the expoler didn't have a message that the specific chart had a note. Only when he did right click in the chart, gone to the Notes and View Attached Note, saw the note.

Is there any way when he opens the qvw file to have a notification in order to open the note from the specific chart ?

You can use alerts when open file, I dont think note is using that functionallity.

Notes functionality was added in QV Server v11.

You require a Server and notes are only available to users using the Ajax client, if you use the IE Plugin, then you cannot use the notes functionality.

In QMC they're called "Server Annotations". See QMC->System->Setup->QlikView Server->Documents->Server->Allow Server Annotations.
