      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the User Preferences dialog, "Design" tab, there is a check box called "Always Show Design Menu Items".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turn it on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, right click on a cell in a table and you will get a menu, "Custom Format Cell". This allows you to apply a custom colouring to the cell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
