Urgent Help Required.. Production hours and Interval

Hi,

I need an urgent help with this scenario.

The shifts start from same day starting production from 7:00:00 AM till 2:00:00 AM Next Day which counts in the same day as it started from.

Like a Production Started On 22.Feb.2016 from 7:00:00 AM till 2:00:00 AM of 23.Feb.2016 Counts as Production of 22.Feb.2016.

Total Production Hours are 19 Hours. (From 7:00:00 AM to 2:00:00 AM Next Day)

I want to find an interval in terms of aging (hours).

Interval(ProductionDate-Today() OR Now()) but Aging should be according to Production hours only. (19 Hrs )

I would be really thankful if someone could help with this scenario.

Interval(1/24*26 - StartTime, 'hh:mm:ss' ) as TimeAge
