Pivot table Sorting.

Hi Everyone,

I have a Pivot table similar to the one below, i know in pivot table is done only primary and then its dependents.

But i need Sorting by column # of calls.

Is it possible to sort in that fashion.

@Hi Nithin,

You can Sort the Expression Column Based on the Y Value.

Please find the document and refer the Sort tab.

Properties-->Sort--> Choose the dimension--> choose the type of sort do u want...

here, either 'Y-value' or expression 'count(CallID)'

Properties -> Sort Tab -> Priority ->Promote (# Of Call) to top -> Select Asc or Dsc from Numeric Value(Uncheck all other options)

Also dont forget to uncheck all other sorting option of all the Dimension & Measure, you have to sort only with Numeric value of # Of Call..
