Dynamic bar offset stacked gantt chart

Hi,

I have a gantt chart with 2 dimensions: ProjectName and ProjectPhase. Each Project has several phases. What I want is to show a stacked bar with the different phases, starting at the project start date.

My expression is the Max(EndDate) - Min(StartDate). If I put the startdate in the offset one of the phases is starting there and the rest is on 31-12-1899. I also tried to look at 1 phase to start but can't get it to work either.

Any ideas?
