Container only shows objects up to 200% width

Is there a setting to allow a container to show wider objects?

In QV11.2 SR13 the container object will only show objects up to 200% the width of the container.

So if the container is 400 wide and chart is 1000 wide, the last 200 are cropped.

From the server, it shows up correct in the Full Client (AJAX).

Any thoughts?

I identified 200%, but that was just a coincidence. The scenario is a Chart with dimensions wider than the container width and a expression displayed to the left of the last dimension.

Attached is a document outlining this issue (Container 4) and a couple of other scenarios.
