Hi All,

How to calculate Avg head count for Quarter.

Actual Head count:

Q1 7256

Q2 7553

Q3 7599

Q4 7699

Average head count:

Q1 6807

EX: Q1=Apr,May,Jun

6681 +6759+6981=20421/3= 6807

Have you intended to attach a QVW that contains some Emp ID data?

I think your current attachments does only show a master calendar, please recheck.

Maybe you can use something like

=Count([Emp. Id]) / Count(DISTINCT Month)

=Avg( Aggr(Count(DISTINCT [Emp. Id]), Month))

depending on how your emp table is built.
