SPC chart - next value

Hi all,

I'm using QlikView for production results monitoring.

SPC charts are very relevant for production data, but I have a problem with the implementation.

I created a basic SPC chart with USL,LSL,UCL,LCL (spec and control limits).

I want to add the result of the current unit in production without dynamically changing the control limits.

(The specs are constant but the UCL and LCL are calculated based on the available data set)

In the screenshot, I want to add the next value (z) without chaning the current control limits - check how the new result compares to the current batch)

I'm also loading the example SPC model (found it in another discussion on SPC)

You can use set analysis in the reference lines to set the samples that you want to show. See attached file: I have put a set analysis in de AVG line: avg from a - h. If you select for example a - v, the average of a - h is shown. If a-c is selected, only avg of a-c is shown.

You can set this also this way for the other reference lines.
