Unit Rotation Scheme connected to answer based on date

Hi,

I have 12 units that collects customer answers on different locations. Every answer gets a time stamp, I want to based on the start and finish time in the rotation scheme for the unit know what location the customer where at when he answered the question.

Ive read that this can be done with intevall match but I cant get I to work. I send the data in excel files

AnsweredCollected ( TimesStamp)

RotationScheme (Start and Finish)

So if the TimeStamp table in (AnsweredCollected) Is between the Start and Finish tables in (RotationScheme) get the location for the unit based on RotationScheme table

Any ideas or tips best of all examples that I can start digging in?
