Reload in QMC doesn´t work anymore

Hey guys,

I changed the password of the Administrator where the Qlikview services are running. After that i also changed the Passwords of the qlikview services (Log on) in windows server.

in fact the Services are running properly and i can access the QMC, but the Reload in QMC doesn´t work anymore.

When i look into QlikTech/DistributionService/TaskResults i get following info:

Can please somebody help me out.

Hi Steve,

does the document have SECTION ACCESS that requires user name and password maybe?

Ok, do you have generate Log File enable in the QVW, if not, enable it, re run the reload and pos the resultant log which will be created in the same folder as the actual QVW

After of changed password, you have that alter the services on Windows Server and restart them.

Thank you for your quick reply.

I could manage it by myself.

I created a new Administrator and switched all the Qlikview Services to this new User on Windows Server.

Still i don´t know the exact reason why it didn´t work before.

I have seen on occasion instances where the user profile gets corrupted and things can go a bit screwy, maybe this is one of those! Glad you got it sorted though!
