    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, you don't have to do any (additional) configuration to get into the QMC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is only one requirement: the Windows AD account you are using to access the Virtual Server running QlikView Server must be a member of the local group 'QlikView Administrators' (note the terminating 's') on the Virtual Server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>QMC Administrator Login issue</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;HI Experts,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;I am part of Administrator Group of the RDP where QlikView installed and QlikView Administrator Group. However, I am unable to login to the QMC, I get Access denied when to try to access the QMC website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Moreover, do I need to login to the Vitual Machine with the QlikView Admin credentials or Service account to access the QMC for any initial configuration?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;I am quite new and confused with the Admin login to QMC or Virtual Machine where Qlik Server is installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;I appreciate any help here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Shyam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One more check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May The admin account is disabled or locked or&amp;nbsp; the password expired &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;Check the properties and enable the same if that is the case &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt; line-height: 1.5em;"&gt;Make sure to add this account in both administrator and qlikview administrators groups &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
