Hi Guru's,

We are using different type of qlikview chart,as per my requirement i have to provide help text on top each chart when ever my customer mouse hover on top of the chart it should display,so far I am using help text option in qlikview .Is it possible mouse hover functionality in qlikview .

Mouse hover is not possible in QV. Check this for alternative (extension object): Re: Is it possible to change a button image on mouse over/ mouse hover, similar to what can be done with javascript?

Hi,

You have to use Extension objects for this, there is no builtin functionality other than Help Text Option. The disadvantage of Extensions is it won't work in IE Plug in mode.

Hi Sateesh ,

Please find attached Qvw . You can create a help button and when you click on that button you get the help text.

Hope that may help to achieve your requirement without using extensions.
