Hi Guys,

I am publishing a qvw having 3 different sheets on accesspoint for different countries. For one of those countries, I am able to open

first two sheets, but the third sheet is not opening as it has some complex calculations on chart object and large no. of records as compared

to other countries.

When I open third sheet, it is taking around 4 to 5 mins to load, and after that it shows lost connection to server message and takes me to home page. Also, if I make any selection on

a product filter in other two sheets and try to open the third one, it opens for the values who have less no. of records.

I doubt if it is because of the RAM overload or something.

Can you please help me to resolve this issue?

Hi,

The most possible reason is the application is in need of more RAM then what you currently have.

You should also look forward to optimize your application to utilize less RAM.

Try to Restart the machine first ,if you don't have the permissions then try to restart the 5 QV services.

If it's not opening, it probably ran into a timeout.

I would suggest that you review your calculations and data model to speed up calculations.

If you need help on this, you would need to provide more information about your data model, data, chart settings etc.
