Qliview report on access point showing differently than desktop

Hi guys,

I am using Qlikview server version 10 SR3 while my desktop has version 10 SR6. Recently I built a report and uploaded on server. For some users report is looking very different and layout has gone complete haywire. People are using IE plugin to access report on Access Point. Screen resolutions are also same for all users but I don't understand why it's working erratically for some users. To get clear idea see the image below.

Any help is much appreciated.

Maybe the IE version had changed. And I would consider to upgrade to QV 11 SR 13 then QV is really outdated.

That is definitely a solution but in large enterprise we have to live with what resources we have. Moving to QV 11 is a business decision that needs approval of many people. I am looking for solution with existing system.
