Passing parameters to Java program using Link expression

I'm trying to figure out how to pass a parameter to a Java executable from a Link expression. I can call the executable with no problems using =PKEY&'<URL> S:\shares5\BI_Dept\SrcProd\Java\ResetJobStatus\dist\ResetJobStatus.jar' but when I add the parameter it fails : =PKEY&'<URL> S:\shares5\BI_Dept\SrcProd\Java\ResetJobStatus\dist\ResetJobStatus.jar ' & PKEY

Does anybody know how to pass a parameter to an executable using the link syntax?
