topic Power Tools QV11 in QlikView https://community.qlik.com/t5/QlikView/Power-Tools-QV11/m-p/1101801#M365397 <HTML><HEAD></HEAD><BODY><P style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit;">Hi,</P><P></P><P style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit;">I install the tools to a Win7 box, edit the config file to point it the QV server and created the appropriate user group in our domain controller.</P><P style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit;">Tried to run this command</P><P style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit;">qv-user-manager --remove cal and it can show those inactive users accounts and claimed that they are removed.</P><P></P><P style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit;">However, when I go back to my QVC, the user CAL of that documents is still there, not removed at all.
