Recursive macro

Hi all,

I am creating an excel report in Qlikview which will send to all the manager's through mail from Qlikview. Now for every Manager I am able to give him all the direct employees reporting to him, but under a manager there may be multiple manager's working and so on. So what people wish is that , for a particular manager he should get all direct employees working under him as well the indirect emp working under him also.

For e.g. Employee Manager

Emp1 Emp12

Emp12 Emp3

Emp3 Emp4

like wise so in this case all employees are working under Emp4 so he should get all emp list (In this case). But right now I am only able to give Emp3 in his emp list. So any one could tell me how should I write a recursive macro or some way in macro for storing no of employeeslist.

I am trying to have a simpler example showing how to use Hierarchy & HierarchyBelongsto , I am not able to understand how to use that.

If someone can share an simple example for that.
