Hello,

A question about the creation of an accounting application. I realize an income statement on QlikView.

I have two Excel files:

1 - the first grouping accounts analytically (used to exit the income statement: CA, margin ...)

2 - codification by business (lets out an income statement by business)

Should I create as many lines as binomial (accounts - business) or there is a simple way in the QlikView script?

I want to make a P&L in QlikView.

The P&L always keeps the same shape.

I want to be able to have a P&L by business.

If you also have information about the P&L I'm as lessee.

Ok I got it. Well on my experience I've always get the account_levels from Oracle so they are already grouped. In your case I suppose you're right and you must put on your excel all the combinations you want to include on the P&L. Nevertheless if something comes to me I'll let you know.
