    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I’m in over my head. The task initially sounded simple, but as I work through it – I’m either confusing myself or it’s more complex than I suspected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two tables.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tables&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL style="list-style-type: decimal;"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contains telephone numbers, dates, etc...&amp;nbsp; Telephone numbers can be listed multiple times as this is call data from the switch.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Contains Policy and telephone numbers.&amp;nbsp; Each policy can have zero or &amp;gt; 1 telephone number associated with it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to solve for:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL style="list-style-type: decimal;"&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Identify policies that have a unique telephone number – telephone number is not shared with another policy.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Did the policy holder call in one time in a given month (even if the policy has &amp;gt; 1 telephone#)?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If they called in more than one time in a given month, how many times did they call?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think I need to flag to identify each record in scenario a, and another flag for scenario b, in the load script.&amp;nbsp; I just don’t know how to do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? Point me in the right direction?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
