topic Adding HIVE JARs over ODBC connection in QlikView

Hello,

Out organization uses HIVE JARs (custom java functionality), which are called in hive using "ADD JAR". Unfortunately, this syntax does not work with the ODBC CONNECT command. Does anyone know how to register JARS so we can use custom functions in hive?

In tableau, there is an "initial sql" functionality "which allows you to define a collection of SQL statements to perform immediately after the connection is established". Is there something similar offered by Qlik?
