NPrinting-How to define filter using variable value ?

hi , i am trying to define a filter which using the variable value :

SET vPrevMonthYear = year ( date(floor(monthstart(addmonths(Today(),-1))), 'YYYYMMDD') ) ;

look like that :

but i get warning like that :

why ? thanks .

Use only the variable without "=$()" and check the "Evaluate" - Checkbox
