How to send the mail by Macro?

I try to send the mail by Philippe's Email.qvw, but it is stoped on objEmail.Send.

But in SSIS(SQL Server Integration Services), sending mail is OK.
My setting of SMTP Connection Manager is "SmtpServer=172.***.***.***;UseWindowsAuthentication=True;EnableSsl=False;"

In the QV=>User Preferences=>mail sheet, the setting is

In Sender Box:

Name: my name

Address: my email

In Server BOX:

Address: 172.***.***.***;

Port: 25

Authentication Method: NTLM

but when I clicked the "Test" button, Is was showed "Couldn't connect to server! Last Response:"

How can I do?
