HI All,

When we export the data from pivot table to excel , can we keep the same format (without writing a MAcro).

Please find the Excel doc for exact requirement.

Hi,

As a workaround:If you right click on the table and select Copy to Clipboard >> Full Table then the complete table with layout is copied.This can be pased into Excel to get the requested result.

Also you can try to enable the option Copy Data under the Caption menu of the pivot table. in QV11.2 SR3 this actually gives the copy to clipboard functionallity as icon.

Right-Click on your pivot table and click Copy->Copy Full Table then open Excel and paste all data will be exported and formatted as in Excel
