Partial (Conditional) Expansion in Pivot Tables possible

Hello everyone,

I am wondering if it is possible to exclude the expansion possibility in a pivot table only for certain values in a column.

Here is the current pivot table:

As you can see, every time the third column has the value "Generiertes Profil" there is no corresponding value in the fourth column. Therefore, I would like to exclude the expansion option for all values "Generiertes Profil" (maybe simply hide the icon).

Can anyone help?
