How to publish a dashboard so it can be assigned a URL

I have a dashboard that I need to publish and that data is loaded from an excel document that is on my machine. Can I publish from QlikView? I have QlikView version 11.

Also how can I restrict it so that only certain people can view the published dashboard? After I publish the dashboard, is it possible to make changes to the dashboard? What is the process of making changes to a published dashboard?

You need to purchase a QlikView Server license and install it in a server.

Qlikview Server has features to do that, related to the user login

Yes, get the original qvw, change it and redeploy the qvw
