Hi All,

I will be moving on to a different role so as a part of handover I need to create handover documentation on Qlikview dashboards that I created.

Will be thankful if some can share a template or sample on the same.

I dont have sample to be shared but i can help you by giving certain points that might be helpful for you to create a handover document.

You need to have the following details into it:

1. Name and the purpose of the application.

2. Users of that application.

3. Database used

4. Tables used

5. folder structure and their components

6. names of all the extract qvws and qvds

7. paths where the qvds and qvws are stored.

8. data flow diagram

9. data model

10. some recovery mechanisms

11. Should know KPI's

12. What are the indicated of those KPI (Here, You need to analysis more and more about your project KPI's - That's called POC)

13. After that you need to found which insight is work for which graph (These are coming under Reports)

14. Delivery is more important

15. Then start the analysis more and more from Siama points (3, 5, 9)

16. Adding one more thing try to surf more on Which Data model is best while loading the diff source (Like Star, Snow Flake & Single Table Schema's)
