Section Access Issue

Hello all my fellow qlikview developers

Need help

I did developed section access in both my test and production environment and implemented everything seems successful

until I know cant control access for only one user among 150 users

not able to reduce data of this particular user as other users

I am reducing data for sales users for there sales territories and sheets

for this particular user I can reduce sheets but not data

please help

How you have implemented it, through document section access script or using publisher, can you share script or more details on this.

Tip: Comment out the Section Access; statement (but leave everything else as-is), reload and open the document. Create a listbox with NTNAME or USERID values, select that particular user, and verify which field associations don't lead to the expected reduction.

Then correct as required.
