different paths to launch outlook

Hello,

I have the following Problem: I have a button which I use to launch outlook. The problem is that this button is used by many people and the path where outlook can be found is different because there are different versions. When I push the button with the wrong path the following error message occurs:

Is there a way to solve this problem or any chance to take the right path?

Hi Theresa,

I just did some testing with this and I *think* the answer is crazy simple.

Just put outlook.exe in the application and leave it at that.

I think this forces windows to check the registry and find the correct location.

This worked on a couple of our machines but obviously it might not meet your requirements
